	Frequently Asked Questions What do our artisans make? Boehm porcelain is known the world over for its floral home decor, its religious sculptures and fine art renditions of birds and wildlife. Floral designs: Featuring nearly every horticultural variety in vivid color and delicate form, including many roses, camellias, birds of paradise, daffodils, irises, gladiola, tulips, peonies, and lilies. Birds: From the focused birds of prey to the poise of the delicate hummingbird, Boehm porcelain captures many popular species, including eagles, chickadees, peacock and woodpeckers. Religious: The Madonna and child, images of the cross, a papal dove, and many sculptures from the nativity. Wildlife: Depicted in a natural pose and setting with accurate color and detail, including North American, African, Asian, Eastern and even Fantasy! What is special about Boehm fine porcelain? What sets it apart from other porcelain makers? Boehm has long been recognized for creating pure porcelain from the whitest and purest clays and the exacting details of its artists. Each piece is hand-crafted using traditional methods derived from the ancient Chinese process of porcelain-making. The porcelain is fused at very high temperatures; sunlight, cold, water and passage of time will not affect it or fade the artwork. What’s new from Boehm?
